1. We MUST be a Good Fit for Eachother--a 30 Minute Zoom Coaching Consultation is Required Prior to Purchase. This Program is a Big Investment on Your Behalf as Well as Mine--If Our Objectives Do Not Align, I Will Be Happy to Recommend a Better Fit :)

2. Time is the Most Valuable Resource: If You are More than 10 Minutes Late for a Session, the System Automatically Cancels the Meeting. You are Free to Re-schedule Your Session in Open Coaching Sessions for the Month, However NO CREDIT For a Missed Session is Given.

3. I am Here to Serve You and Your Needs--This Will Be My First Question in Every Session--How Can I Serve You Today? Be Prepared to Grow!

4. I am NOT a Counselor--EVERYTHING We Discuss is TOP SECRET and CONFIDENTIAL Except for 3 Conditions: 1. You Are Going to Harm Yourself. 2. You are Going to Harm Others 3. You Are About to Commit a Felony Against Your Employer, or the Entity You are Apart of. It is Critical that We Establish a Safe and Transparent Environment of the Utmost Trust and EVERYTHING We Discuss is in my Vault as Long as You Commit to Those 3 Exceptions.
